Katherine Pathak was born in Inverness, Scotland in 1974. She gained a degree in History in the University of York in 1996. After graduation, she spent a couple of years working at the book trade in London. Before taking up writing crime novels 26, she got her teaching qualification and went on to teach History in a number of schools.
Katherine has released the sixth novel in her Imogen along with Hugh Croft Mysteries show: The Ghost of Marchmont Hall. There's also a Imogen and Hugh Mystery was named by read . These books incorporate a dash of suspense and psychological puzzles.
Additionally, there are five books available which feature Scottish detective DCI Dani Bevan who emerged in Memorial For The Dead. This series are quick paced police procedurals with traces of their psychological thriller. The latest DCI Bevan publication is Girls of The Dark.
