After having a particularly poor dip on the rabbit mountain in 1989, Katie became an amputee at 2011, providing her the opportunity to pencil her first book, Sugar's Dance. With the launch of Sugar's narrative, Katie found the unfilled need for disabled heroes and heroines. As the author of over two dozen romance novels, her tales are about empowering individuals with special circumstances to locate the 1 person who will love them because of the skills, not their inabilities.
