Kenneth C. Crowe has been a reporter at Newsday and New York Newsday by 1963 to 1999. He's the writer of COLLISION/HOW THE RANK AND FILE TOOK BACK THE TEAMSTERS. COLLISION tells the narrative of the Teamsters' position and file reform movement, culminating in the election of Ron Carey.
Crowe acquired an Alicia Patterson Foundation Fellowship in 1974 to examine foreign investment in America. Doubleday printed AMERICA Crowe's publication, FOR SALE on foreign investment in the United States.
Crowe has been a part of this Newsday investigative staff whose job won the 1970 Pulitzer Prize Gold Medal.
He is the author of six books, THE JYNX, THE DREAM DANCER, OOOEELIE, THE HERO, THE TRUCKERS, also THE ABSCONDER.
