Kent Huffman is an accomplished marketing and customer experience executive. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at BearCom Wireless and is the creator and Co-Publisher of Social Media Marketing Magazine, a brand new digital book written by the top CMOs, advertising book authors, and marketing professors all over the world that are active on social media. Formerly, Kent held the positions of Vice President of Marketing at CompuCom Systems, Global Marketing Communications Director at Perot Systems (now Dell Services), and founder of their own boutique marketing consulting firm, Marketek Media. Kent has a bachelor's degree in advertising from Texas State University and is accredited as a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) from the Business Marketing Association. Kent is your co-founder of this CX|M Institute and sits on the Customer Experience Corporate Advisory Board for the CMO Council.
