Kevin Offered attended The University of Maine System, Presque-Isle/Orono websites as a Speech/Communications important and graduated from the New England School of Communications. He has studied with all the "Long Ridge Writers group" and "Writers Boot Camp". Kevin was a radio announcer since he was two years old when he began working at the local college radio station, from there he moved on to his hometown radio channel of WHOU radio, Houlton, Maine. Kevin has been a DJ in Maine, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and California. Kevin's hottest radio show was "Legends of Rock" which he produced and hosted throughout 2003 - 2007. This is a show that profiled classic rock stars. The show was broadcast over the "American Radio Network" and heard net on the net through KCLA-FM. com. Kevin has recently written a novel about his private struggles with weight loss and the way he lost over forty pounds with the support of a trainer called "Lose Weight, Feel Great". He even became a personal trainer to help others do the same through The Personal Trainers Association (www.propta.com). Kevin has turned his passion to get films into the "Absent Friends" collection of books, which appears at the movie careers of film icons that have passed, such as Paul Newman and Charlton Hesston. Kevin is also an avid Science Fiction fan, and it has written his very first trivia publication on Sci-Fi called "The Great Science Fiction Trivia Quiz Book".
