Kurt and Brenda Warner fulfilled when she was a divorced mom of 2 living on food stamps and putting herself through nursing school, and he had been a school student. Kurt and Brenda married in 1997 and also Kurt adopted Brenda's two children. Since that time, they've added 5 more kids to their loved ones. After graduating from Northern Iowa in 1994, Kurt was signed up with the Green Bay Packers, but was cut during training camp. He returned to Northern Iowa to function as an assistant soccer coach, working on the night shift at a local Hy-Vee grocery store to support Brenda and her two children, before he had been signed with the St. Louis Rams at 1998. Kurt proceeded to lead the Rams in two Super Bowls, winning two NFL MVP awards (in 1999 and 2000). In 2008, Kurt joined the Arizona Cardinals, also led the franchise into their first playoff appearance in a decade, and their first Super Bowl appearance. Kurt and Brenda are strong Christians, and the creators of First Things First, a base that promotes Christian principles, assisting the less fortunate, and encouraging others to place faith and family first. They reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
