Lana Pope is the writer of the "Stuff I Wish I Knew" show and also the “Fitness and Exercise the Fun Way” string. Now that she's found her enthusiasm she can’t even has many novels and stop. She's lived in the US and the united kingdom but has settled in Canada. She enjoys to spend some time at home or traveling with her loved ones, when she is not writing. She awakens the fitness center and is obsessed.
Inspiration for her debut novels, the "Stuff I Wish I thought" show, came from finding that many aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and having a toddler were simply not talked about enough. She found that parents were surprised shocked and dismayed by lots of discoveries about the way to having a baby. She wanted to offer parents with a light-hearted take on the journey.
Her “Fitness and Exercise the Fun Way” series was inspired by her drive to remain active when she went back to work after having kids. As a treadmill hater she struggled to find interesting ways to keep active and fit while having fun. She wished to share discoveries and her journey with other people so that they also can enjoy staying fit and healthy .
