Sagittarius Ashley Robertson is a shore enthusiast and lover of Dark Chocolate, & Fine Wine, Coffee. She dumped her sugar dependence for more nutritious foods and ditched her medication after going on her very own self indulgent trip & #x2014; when no medical physician was able to assist & #x2014.

At 2013, she printed Extreme Makeovers in which she began training virtual progressive weight training and blogging about the various things she’s heard together her healthy lifestyle travel. She obtained her training by Spencer’s Institute where she obtained a coaching certificate. Then she graduated from The Institute the planet’s nourishment school and just one in the world that incorporates over 100 of the most recent nutrition theories together with coaching and business abilities.

Furthering her understanding and experience, she’s currently in Precision Nutrition’s Level 1 coaching program.
