A. J. Swoboda Reviews

Dr. A. J. Swoboda is a scientist, writer, and pastor of Theophilus in metropolitan Portland, Oregon. He teaches theology, literary studies, and history at Fuller Seminaries along with George Fox Evangelical, such as several Bible schools and universities. Well, he is the creator and manager of Blessed Earth Northwest, a centre which will help think creatively and strategically around creation care issues from the Pacific Northwest. Previous to this, A.J. served as a campus pastor at the University of Oregon. His doctoral research at the University of Birmingham (U.K.) explored the never-ending connection between the Holy Spirit and ecology. He's a member of the Society for Pentecostal Studies and the American Academy of Religion. A.J. is the writer of A Dramatic Dark (Baker), Tongues and Trees: Toward a Pentecostal Ecological Theology (JPTSup, Deo), also including Evangelical Ecotheology (Baker Academic).
