I'm a Mindfulness and Somatic Educator and Trainer. I'm a coach for professionals seeking a practice that is holistic, Yoga Assignment 200RYT, an Integrative Occupational Therapist and also a National Seminar Presenter. I teach courses on Mindfulness and Meditation Yoga . I created my company in 1988, to offer services for infants through school age children. In addition, I teach professionals and first responders from law enforcement and criminal justice in mindfulness and yoga. To countless students, I have educated experiential hands on meditation classes, and movement as a Certified Practitioner of Body Mind Centering as 1989. I was able to use these instructions in my journey in raising my child. My new book is coming from in 2017 and about adoption.
