I was born in Houston and raised in Arizona. I went to undergraduate school at Arizona State and law faculty in the University of Houston. I spent four years at the Marine Corps. They called me 'Captain Bill.'

Following the Marine Corps, I turned into a divorce attorney. My focus was on getting their connections heal, one human being to another. Because of this, 15 percent of my clients never divorced and the ones who did were able to be friends. I heard a lot about what destroys and creates love.

In 1985 I closed my own law practice and set all my focus on showing people how to treat relationships and possess their lives work. Ever since then, I have led over 2,000 assignments and also have worked with tens of thousands of individuals.

My first book, the way to Heal A Painful Relationship, was featured on Oprah and eventually became a national best seller. I have composed Miracles Are Guaranteed and Discover Your Power.
