Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., is President and co-founder of Top Conflict Institute located in San Diego, California. Bill is an Accredited Family Law Specialist in California with more than twenty five years' experience representing clients in family court, and also a certified Clinical Social Worker with twelve years' experience providing therapy to children, adults, adults, and families in psychiatric hospitals and out patient clinics. He provides conferences on mental health problems for judges, lawyers, and mediators, and conferences on law and ethics for mental health professionals. Bill obtained his law degree in 1992 from the University of San Diego, an Master's of Social Work degree in 1981 in San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1970 from Case Western Reserve University.
