Brad has applied his MINDSTRONG training to dramatically reprogram his own mind and attain peak performance. By implementing the MINDSTRONG Basics to his life, Brad has earned black belts in the martial arts of Aikido and Iaido (Japanese swordsmanship). In addition, he became barrier course/mud-runner, space runner, cross-fitter, along with a triathlete.
Before creating MINDSTRONG, Brad made a BS Degree at Biology/Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science.
