Celebrity portrait photographer Brian Smith is a Pulitzer Prize winner known for his iconic photos of celebrities and athletes. His photographs have graced the covers and pages of hundreds of publications for the past 30 years. He's appeared on The X Factor and Fine Living Network. His magazine picture appeared in LIFE Magazine if he had been a student at the University of Missouri. Five Decades later, Smith won the Pulitzer Prize. First position was won by his picture of Greg Louganis hitting his head on the diving board in the Seoul Olympics in World Press Photo and the Pictures of the Year. Smith was again a finalist for the Pulitzer for his photographs of Haiti in turmoil. Smith's work has been exhibited in the Library of Congress, American Museum of Natural History and the Aperture Gallery. Smith is the President of APA/Editorial Photographers and frequently a speaker in photography schools and seminars across the nation.
