Brooke Siler founded re:AB Pilates in1997, the studio for rowing training in new york, where her clients have included Liv Tyler, Lauren Hutton, Zooey Deschanel, Madonna and much more. Hailed as the "coach to the stars," she trained under Joseph Pilates' protégée, Romana Kryzanowska, for over a decade. Brooke also heads the teacher training program at reAB Pilates - called the "Gold Standard" of training applications by Time Out Magazine - where another generation of Pilates teachers earn their stripes. Brooke has been acknowledged by Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, Women's Health, Fitness many and PilatesStyle dozens more as among the world's top fitness experts. She lives in New York City with her husband and two kids, and teaches.
