Bruce Colbert is currently the Manager of Allied Health in the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He's a passionate teacher and author whose primary goal is to make the subject material come alive for your students. Having some learning disabilities as a child compelled him to create creative approaches to learn material that he utilizes in his textbooks and DVDs. He might still have some learning disabilities as evidenced by continued to play basketball following three knee surgeries and well into his 50's. He believes learning ought to be engaging, important, challenging and much fun. His main writing interests are clinically related subjects and "softer skills" development like stress and time management, critical and creative thinking and communication problems.
