Carol Miller Fradkin earned her BS, and grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. Since then, she's made 11 interstate moves along with 5 local ones, into houses in southern California, Chicago, Baltimore, Rochester NY, Atlanta, St. Louis, and Nashville. She's lived in houses, flats and a condo, has moved by herself, along with her husband, and with her husband, children and a bunny. Additionally, she’s had the opportunity to aid family members. Carol also draws on many different experiences, such as her years as a flight attendant, “Sport Mother”, pre-school teacher, secretary of a nonprofit medical institution, and many different leadership volunteer positions for her understanding the needs of families since they travel uncharted land.

Years back, Carol began answering e-mail questions about transferring from family members and friends, and saved people long answers so she wouldn’t even have to re-create them if somebody else asked her the same questions. Eventually, she chose to put much more and these responses so that friends and her loved ones would have the advantage of her own experience if she wasn’t. She has transferred several times including vital information each time she moved through the procedure. This is how Moving Gracefully was born.

Carol currently lives with her husband in Nashville, TN, and is extremely thankful for the adventures and connections she’s been blessed with, because of moving and travel, which have made her life so wealthy.
