Carson F. Dye, FACHE, is President and CEO of Exceptional Leadership, a general leadership consulting company. A time direction and search consultant. Dye has over 40 years of hospital and health system leadership expertise and consulting and executive search expertise. He's conducted doctor executive searches for health care organizations, and several hundred CEO, senior executive ranging from academic health centers to hospitals to methods. He provides inspection in succession planning, leadership assessment relations, and leadership growth. Dye has completed extensive work and has assembled custom doctor leadership development academies. Certified by Hogan Assessment Systems to utilize their inventories for executive assessment, selection, and coaching, he helps person leaders and leadership teams improve cooperation and their efficacy.

Dye is a faculty member for the Governance Institute and can be one of those physician leadership consultant experts on LaRoche's National Consultant Panel. He currently teaches leadership and human sources and from 1985-2008 served at Ohio State University on the faculty of the graduate program in management and health policy. Dye has presented workshops for hospital associations and has educated programs for the American College of Healthcare Executives since 1987. He is the author of ten books, including two James Hamilton ACHE Books of the Year, Leadership in Healthcare: Values at the Top (2001) and Developing Physician Leaders for Successful Interpersonal Outcomes (2013).
