An J Newman is the author of more than a dozen novels that were printed on Amazon. He was born and raised in a small city in the western part of Kentucky. His Dad taught him how to take care of guns early in life and then he along with his very best buddy Mike spent summers shooting .22 rifles and fishing.

He read every book he can get his hands on and fell in love with science fiction. He graduated from USI with a degree in Chemistry and also made a career working in logistics and manufacturing, but always fancied himself as an author. He served six years in the Army National Guard within an armored unit also spent six years doing every function on M48 and M60 army tanks. This gave him a terrific respect to our veterans who lay their lives on the line to safeguard our freedom and country.

He now resides in Kentucky with his wife Patsy and their three miniature mop dogs, Sammy Cotton along with Callie

I try to create my characters turn into the type of people that you see on your neighborhood and put them in life changing situations. Just then, will you tell how they are going to respond and their true character. Not one of role models exactly like the rest of us on the planet. My heroes rise to the occasion and do what is necessary to live and conquer the bad guys. My villains are really bad and deserve what they get. I'm not into political correctness. God created all people equal. The things they do after birth makes them heroes or villains."
