When her son had been diagnosed with allergies to wheat, milk, eggs, soy and peanuts in 2001, she needed to reevaluate her household ate. Having learned to bake in the kitchen of her grandmother with legumes, butter, milk, and wheat bread, first-hand what it means to transform her kitchen is understood by Colette. Colette functioned as vice-chair of the board for Children. She serves as a board member of the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America now. She shares solutions for active families with multiple food allergies learning how, at her website to Eat Allergy-Free.
