Growing up, Lou Bustamante wanted to be a "mad scientist," operating in a lab full of alchemical apparatus, bubbling beakers, along with tesla coils. This led him into the spirits industry, in which concocting distillates and magical tonics using machines is more standard.
A souls specialist who has filled a substantial variety of roles within the business, Lou has done everything from working at a distillery to bartending, teaching cocktail classes, designing whiskey labels, developing products & recipes, and importing 20 tons of cooked agave piñas in Tequila, Mexico.
