Jim Collins is a student and teacher of direction and what makes businesses tick.
Having spent a quarter century of research into the topic, he has written or co-authored six novels which have sold in total more than ten million copies globally. Jack has over 16 years in IT and engineering working for organizations like Nationwide Insurance, CVS/Caremark, Lucent Technologies, Sony Ericsson, AEP, Wendy’s International, and The State of Ohio. He holds Masters in Project and Telecom Management, a BS in CIS, a PhD in Information Systems, and also the CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, and PMP certifications.
