David A. Sousa

Dr. David A. Sousa is an global consultant in educational neuroscience and author of seven books which suggest ways that teachers and parents may translate current brain research into plans for enhancing learning. A member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society, he's conducted workshops in countless school districts in brain research, educational skills, and mathematics education in the Pre-K into 12 and college levels. Dr. Sousa includes a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in Massachusetts State College at Bridgewater, a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in science from Harvard University, and a doctorate from Rutgers University.
