Donna M. Brinton retired from November 2006 in the position in the Department of Applied Linguistics & TESL at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to dedicate more time to her work in global instructor growth. From 2009-2012, she was employed as a Senior Lecturer in the Rossier School of Education in the University of Southern California, where she designed and taught online classes in the MAT-TESOL Program. She has also co-authored several English language textbooks, on-line content-based classes for EFL learners (http://exchanges.state.gov/forum/journal), along with several articles in refereed journals and edited texts.
