Thanks for finding my novels, so much! Reinvention is the story of my books and my life. I wrote my very first book at 45 in my minivan. I walked the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of my next book, Must Love Dogs, starring Diane Lane and John Cusack's adaptation. I am now the New York Times, USA Today, and international bestselling author of 17 books. It Is Never Too Late to Shine On!
I have reinvented myself again by turning Must Love Dogs to a string and composing my very first nonfiction books Never Too Late: The Roadmap to Reinvention (Number1 Amazon Bestseller Women's Personal Growth!) And Shine On: The Way to Grow Beautiful Rather than Old to share what I've discovered on my journey which may assist you in your own.
A number of the nice things which have been said about my job: "The lush and charming Claire Cook is one of the sassiest and funniest founders of contemporary women's fiction," according to The Times-Picayune. People magazine said that my composing "goes down as simple as it seems," Great Britain called it "laugh-out-loud," Redbook "gleefully quirky" and the Chicago Tribune "funny and pitch perfect." Shelf Awareness said, "Claire Cook (Must Love Dogs) has built a brand writing light-hearted women's fiction blending kernels of those foolish and amusing at compulsively readable mixtures."
I was a teacher for sixteen years before writing my very first book. I had been born in Virginia, and lived for Several Years in Scituate, Massachusetts, a beach town between Boston and Cape Cod. My spouse and I have recently moved into Atlanta's suburbs to be closer to our two kids, who want us again!
I have the world's most amazing readers, and I am forever grateful to you all for providing me the present of this career.
