Randi Minetor

Born, raised, and still a resident of Rochester, NY, Randi Minetor found the wonders of America's national parks along with her husband in 1992, photographer/lighting designer Nic Minetor. That very first trip changed her life, and from 2000, the Minetors had pledged to see all 391 (now 413) federal parks in their lifetimes. When they began writing and photographing novels on the parks for The Globe Pequot Press, they found a way to subsidize this fire in 2006. Now Randi has written 35 books for GPP, which range from national park travel to American history to the best day hikes in upstate New York. To date, they've visited domestic parks. Moreover, Nic's photography looks in eight Quick Reference Guides to the Birds, Trees, and Wildflowers of New York City and New York State, along with also the Trees and Wildflowers of the Mid-Atlantic States. Randi has also functioned as a ghostwriter for many non invasive bestsellers and publications because of her corporate clients. The Minetors live in Rochester, NY.
