Christiane Wolf MD PhD
Christiane Wolf, MD, PhD, is a doctor turned teacher, instructor's trainer, writer, and speaker. Her practice started in the 1980s. She was also a board at the Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany before becoming a full-time mindfulness instructor. She holds a PhD in medicine from Humboldt University.
Dr. Wolf is a certified senior mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher and supervisor for the Center for Mindfulness in University of Massachusetts Medical School. She is the director of MBSR applications at InsightLA, also a Los Angeles-based nonprofit, and also the director of the VA CALM application at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, coaching employees and clinicians in mindfulness and how to teach it.
Dr. Wolf received Dharma transmission in Trudy Goodman in 2011 and has undergone master Insight meditation instructor training under Jack Kornfield (Spirit Rock Meditation Center, CA) and Joseph Goldstein (Insight Meditation Society, MA).

Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso is a fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism. Geshe-la, as he is affectionately called by his students, is chiefly responsible for the global revival of Kadampa Buddhism in our time.
From age eight Geshe-la studied extensively in the amazing monastic universities of Tibet and earned the name "Geshe," which literally means "spiritual friend." Under the guidance of his Spiritual Guide, Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, he then spent the next two years in meditation retreats in the Himalayas.
In 1977 he accepted an invitation to teach in Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in England, in which he's taught and lived, giving teachings and advice to a ever-growing group of pupils.
Geshe-la has often granted teachings and empowerments at the International Kadampa Festivals appreciated by tens of thousands of people from all around the world.
Geshe-la has established three unique study programs and 1200 facilities and groups around the globe, trained hundreds of qualified Teachers and a flourishing ordained community, and created a project to build Buddhist Temples in every significant city in the world.

Eknath Easwaran (1910-1999) is admired across the world among the twentieth century's great spiritual teachers and a true guide to classic wisdom.
