Bob Stahl PhD

Bob Stahl, PhD., is your co-author of "A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook", "Living With Your Heart Wide Open", "Calming The Rush Of Panic", "A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook for Anxiety", and also "MBSR Everyday".

Bob established Comfort and Awareness Coaching in 1991, as an educational institution based in Santa Cruz, CA. And has established eight mindfulness-based pressure reduction plans at the San Francisco Bay Area and now directs MBSR programs at Dominican Hospital and El Camino Hospital in Mt. View and Los Gatos.

Dr. Stahl is currently a licensed MBSR teacher who also serves as an Adjunct Senior Assignment for Oasis - that the institute to get mindfulness-based Expert education and invention at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
