Our bakeware has been designed with many of the same regular characteristics of industrial baking pans. Each pan is constructed of aluminized steel, so the material of choice for business bakeries. Metal thicknesses have been selected that enable even heat distribution and maximum service life. Our pans also use steel wires at the rim structure of most pans to give extra strength and resist warping.
Each bowl has been coated with AMERICOAT&duplicate; Plus, a proprietary silicone coat which nearly all North American bakers prefer over dark non stick coatings. AMERICOAT&backup; Plus is also a transparent non-stickand environmentally friendly coating that's especially formulated for exceptional baking and does not include any PTFE's or PFOA's.
