Susan J. Elliott

Susan J. Elliott, J.D., M.Ed. Is a writer, lawyer counselor, dating coach and press specialist commentator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Holyoke College where she graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Education from Cambridge College and Phi Beta Kappa, High Honors and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

After growing up in the Bronx, she began her working career as a suitable store supervisor, taking courses at community schools when she could manage it. The long hours on her toes had been difficult with three small kids so she attended Katherine Gibbs School in which she graduated with a certificate in the not-yet-known technology called "Word Processing." She went to function as a administrative assistant for a small computer consulting company where she promptly learned computer programming and taught word processing to customers' staffs.

Though her career was taking her off original marriage was disintegrating. Soon after separating from her husband, she moved into a large computer maker (Digital Equipment Corporation) as a Technical Support Specialist and later as a Senior Technical Writer and Multimedia Producer. While working in DEC and raising her kids as a single parent, she proceeded to complete a Master of Education, but also finished her undergraduate education. She also certified through the Grief Recovery Institute in Los Angeles.

She made DEC and worked for five decades as an Emergency Psychiatric Clinician, private therapist and grief counselor. She gave seminars and traveled as a motivational speaker. During a speaking engagement branded, "Make All Your Dreams Come True: Positive Thinking for Unbridled Success," an attendee asked if all her dreams had come true. 1 dream was into some
