David Crouch & Bret Kimmel Would Be the Creators of Military Outdoor Clothing Inc.. We started out in the Army Navy industry from the early eighties as two young traveling anglers for "BURK MFG" located in Dallas, TX. Est. 1929. Burk manufacturing made army clothes for the authorities, and afterwards supplied Army Navy stores with labour wear and army clothes. They were the first to design and create the "Hip Hugger" pants made hip from the 60's. After several years on the road we had so many salesman samples we chose to take them to the local flee market to get rid of them and also make a little cash on the highway. The very first day went so well we chose to let a 10' x 10' booth. We ended up taking turns operating the stall every weekend while another was on the road selling. Afterwards we opened our very first retail shop that was only 900 sq. ft situated across the street from North Texas State University in Denton TX, which we aptly called "North Texas Army Navy". Several decades later we quit traveling and started more stores. The two of us became so busy purchasing excess for those stores which in 1991 we had to buy a 26,000 sq ft. warehouse near downtown Dallas. David began working fulltime from the warehouse purchasing government surplus. We already knew many Army Navy shops to market to, some of that we still sell to this day. As our company & stock expanded we'd require a larger facility. Therefore, we landed at the little town of Greenville, TX. The rest is now history!See all Military Outdoor Clothing products

Homak Manufacturing was founded in 1947 in Chicago from Sigmund H. Danziger. The name "Homak" was filmed after a sign which Sigmund saw to a fur shop. Originally a manufacturer of metal kitchen cabinets, Homak expanded its product offerings in the 1960s to include another line of hardware products such as toolboxes, instrument cabinets, and additional accessories. Homak's hardware line stayed strong and has been approved in several important retail businesses of its own time. After Sigmund's death in 1979, his wife, Gertrude, conducted the company for 25 years. Under Gertrude's guidance, Homak expanded its product lineup with hospital, automotive, and sporting products.
Back in January of 2005 Homak was acquired by JVA and moved its office into western Pennsylvania. Its facility now resides in the Wampum Underground Commerce Center. Now, Homak highlights tool gun and storage cabinet security. The full product line is made of hand-carry toolboxes, tool bags, components organizers, tool storage cabinets, workbenches, garage furniture, security cabinets, spill containment systems, p.b. & e. goods, steel lockers, gun cabinets, fire-resistant closets, ammo storage containers and accessories. Each product is made to surpass clients' expectations and to give strength and dependability into the customer.
