Joy Louis

My name is Joy Louis, by Los Angeles, California!

Before you read on and actually dive into my novels let me introduce myself...My name is Joy Louis, I am originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL but now reside in Los Angeles with my husband Rob.

I am an all Natural-Organic-Homemade "Everything" Individual.

Quite simply: I've a natural remedy for pretty much anything in my entire life!

My "all natural" method of living started a few decades ago when I was sick and tired of being sick, FAT and exhausted. I was eating quite healthy (or so I believed): I ate peanut butter jelly sandwiches for lunch daily, snacked on cereal protein bars in between meals (these are all healthy, right?) And Beverage Diet Coke (since is not Diet Coke greater than sugar? No calories versus a mother lode of sugar which would go straight to my butt. I will have the "no sugar" please and thank you). However, despite residing my so-called "healthy" lifestyle, I kept gaining weight, and dropped all energy and motivation to do anything; I even begun to fear taking my dearest Pretzel (my sweet dog of 7 years) away for her daily walk around the area!

That's when I knew I'd had enough. I made the decision to begin looking for a better way; a way that's now shown to give me more energy than I ever imagined possible and also helped me shed 45 lbs of stubborn body fat in the procedure. I made a drastic shift, 180-degree turn in all of my habits.

Therefore here it is. My so called "key, concealed formula" I was used to get to where I'm today is: I went ALL NATURAL. Not a really sexy response, can it be? Well I need to tell you, a great deal of times we complicate things far too much if you are searching for an answer. More often than not the remedy to our difficulties is quite straightforward. However... easy doesn't mean it is easy - far from it!

As for me personally, I don't know how I accumulated the willpower
