Paul Gustavson

Paul Gustavson was born is little town in southwest Utah, grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and has known as Northern California house for 35 decades. He is an author, board member, advisor, speaker and consultant. He was a walk-on letterman under College Hall of Fame coach LaVell Edwards at BYU. In the early 70's, he started a comprehensive research of high performance teams as well as also the systemic style of high commitment work systems.

Recently he articulates Stewart Liff the publication, A Group of Leaders: Allowing each member to take Ownership, Prove Initiative, also Deliver Results that was just voted "One of the Top 30 Company Books for 2014" from Soundview Executive Book Summaries.
