Yvonne appreciated her work as well as her play before hitting menopause. Yvonne was happy and healthy, living her dream. She had every symptom of menopause–including loss of sex drive, depression, weight gain, cataracts, breaking bones–you mention it. She was diagnosed with a skin cancer and a serious heart disease.

It was frightful. Plus it didn’t get. It made worse.

After being hit with the influenza, Yvonne simply couldn’t recuperate. Her immune system was too weak to fight the virus off. Yvonne became bedridden for many years. She felt lost, confused, and angry about this complete reversal in her health.

Doctors provided her no suitable solutions to this menopausal hell. Oh sure, they'd be delighted to write prescriptions for hazardous horse and artificial hormones and anti-depressants that might be used for a brief while. But they provided no permanent alternatives.
