LeAnne Campbell

LeAnne Campbell is the Writer of This "China Study Cookbook" and editor of the "China Study All Star Collection".

She's been eating whole foods, fermented foods (WFPB) for over 25 decades and has increased two athletic toddlers, now 21 and 20 decades old, on a WFPB diet. When not preparing dishes, she is working on initiatives which foster the growth of communities, locally and globally, with schools, teachers, artists and neighborhood groups. This work is accomplished via and as the president and founder of the business, she develops, implements and directs a wide-range of community based educational applications. One example is the "Total Health Expertise", a week long program — or pathway, to attain optimal health.

She has a B.S. and Masters degree from Cornell University in Human Service Studies and a PhD from UNC Chapel Hill in the Region of Culture, Curriculum and Change.
